Information
Privacy and personal data
Last updated: 30 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
SARL Domaine des Chabriers, 470 route de la Salette, Les Chabriers, 26120 Ourches, represented by Céline Duverney, manager. For any question about your data: domainedeschabriers@gmail.com. See also the legal notice.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page sends your request, when you submit it, to Web3Forms, a form-sending service that passes it on by email to Céline Duverney. We receive what you entered: name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests and message.
They are used only to reply to your request and to prepare your stay or event, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Only Céline Duverney, the manager, reads them. They are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted; accounting records for a stay are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. They are neither sold nor passed on. They are never used for advertising.
Web3Forms processes this information on behalf of the estate, under its data processing agreement (web3forms.com/dpa).
Emails arrive in a Gmail mailbox (Google), which acts on the estate’s behalf.
The calendar
The availability calendar records no data: the dates you choose are simply carried over into the enquiry form.
Technical logs
The site’s host, Cloudflare, keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and proper working of the site, on the basis of its legitimate interest.
Cookies and third-party services
The site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookies, so it shows no cookie banner. The fonts are hosted on the site: nothing is requested from Google Fonts.
The map on the contact page loads only if you click “Show the map”. It is then provided by Google Maps, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in line with its privacy policy. The links to Facebook and Google Maps send nothing until you click them.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Each states that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers these transfers; Cloudflare falls back on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses if needed. Web3Forms may process data outside the European Union: see its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, or for its processing to be restricted or made portable. You can also object to its use. To do so, write to domainedeschabriers@gmail.com: you will get a reply within a month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
